- Drink your water faithfully! Don’t skip this - the water makes a big difference in your weight loss success.
- Be kind to yourself! If you slip up, or plan a “special treat”, don’t beat yourself up. Allow yourself the enjoyment of something special then get right back on the plan.
- Do not skip meals! Make sure you are eating everything that you are supposed to each day. If you eat too few calories, you can sabotage your weight loss by slowing your metabolism.
- Get some support! Whether the support is the online community, family, friends or your own journal, be sure you have somewhere to turn for encouragement and support.
- Get moving and exercise! This is a key factor in keeping your weight loss steady and in helping to lose inches. Remember that building muscle increases your metabolism and keeps it faster!
