Bob Harper Loves Egg Whites

Bob Harper, the fitness trainer on the TV show The Biggest Loser loves his egg whites.

After his workout, it’s time for the first real meal of the day, breakfast. “I’m a creature of habit. I usually have 6 egg whites in an omelet. I throw in some chicken and veggies and sautee it in olive oil spray. I might have a little avocado for some healthy fat. And a piece of whole wheat toast.”
Then it’s down to work at his computer or on the ranch of The Biggest Loser where he’s currently leading his team for the upcoming season 3 of the series to be aired in September.

..and Iceberg Lettuce
Lunch is always the same, he says. “I love it. I wonder if I’m ever going to get sick of it. I make a salad that looks like it could feed a family of five. I have iceberg lettuce (I love the crunch and don’t ever tell me I can’t have iceberg lettuce). I get protein from chicken, kidney beans and chickpeas.
