What Chuck Norris Says About Total Gym

Friday, January 16th, 2009

Chuck Norris has a job that demands he stay in top shape, that’s why Total Gym is the only piece of home fitness equipment Chuck Norris uses! For 30 years he has endorsed Total Gym because he has seen first-hand what a tremendous difference this machine makes to anyone who wants to build muscle, lose weight, boost cardio endurance, and increase overall fitness.

“What attracted me to the Total Gym 30 years ago is the same reason I still use it today… it delivers RESULTS! I feel better now than I did when I was in my thirties. Let’s be honest, no one, including me, would use a product for 30 minutes, let alone 30 years if it didn’t work.

Total Gym provides an entire gym full of equipment in ONE machine and best of all, it takes just 10-20 minutes a day to reshape your body into the body you’ve always wanted. Imagine what it would feel like to be a slimmer, stronger, healthier version of you. Go ahead and get started today. I know it will work for you… you have nothing to lose but pounds and inches!”

Total Gym Reviews

A few comments and reviews from customers who have owned the Total Gym. Courtesy of Infomercial Ratings.

Comment 1:

There have been a couple people who posted about this machine who claim to be in good shape but have NO idea how to use this machine if you are athletic. I am a 5′11 male who weighs 185 lbs and in very good shape. If you are already in great shape, this machine is FANTASTIC for running circuit training workouts. The ability to go from one excercise to another instantly without stopping makes for a total burn out. If you use this machine like you lift free weights in the gym, it won’t do anything for you. This is a functional machine that requires a different type of excercise completely. As far as circuit training goes..there is no better machine on the market. Some people complain about the lack of resistance in this machine. Again, this is just a lack of knowledge of how to excercise. You dont need MASSIVE amounts of weight to get in really good shape. You only need MASSIVE amounts of weight if you are looking to add big useless competition beach muscles, and you can do that on this machine as well simply by wearing a weighted vest or placing a 25 - 75 lb weight on your lap. If you buy this machine, do a little research on circuit training and focus on diet. It WILL get you in better shape then 99% of the crowd.

Comment 2:
I love it! It works! It is fun! Well worth the money and you don’t even feel like you are exercising! When I saw the commerical I decided to give it a try and I love it. You can do so much with it. I have been creative and using the total gym for many things, excellent!

Comment 3:
I bought my Total Gym about 3 years ago. I also have a gym membership and find that I use the TG far more than the weights at the gym, use the gym for aerobics. For me as a 46 year old woman the TG makes all the difference in keeping me looking good in ways that aerobics alone doesn’t do. Also good for helping stave off osteoporosis. I do the TG every other day for 1/2 to 1 hr a day and it’s really has created great results. has a good variety of exercises and I can choose to target an area that needs work. Takes the inches off, keeps me good shape year round for the things I like to do such as skiing, hiking and biking. It has lasted well also. I highly recommend it as a way to stay fit that you can really do in your own home.
